AMBOS MUNDOS

Ambos Mundos is a collaboration between Cuban singer and percussionist Luison Capote and Andreas Svabø (bass), Thomas Antonio Debelian (percussion) and Petter Dalane (piano).

Luison is known as one of Norway’s foremost experts on cuban traditional music, and has contributed to a number of seminal latin bands on the Norwegian scene including Mambo Compañeros and La Descarga.

With a personal and distinct sound, Ambos Mundos plays traditional Cuban music, known from musicians like Compay Segundo, Eliades Ochoa and Miguel Matamoros.
